This recipe is an old favourite that my cousin shared with me. It is versatile, rich and easy to put together at a moments notice.
- 500g of Boneless Chicken (breast or thigh is fine)
- 1 packet of French Onion Soup
- 395g of Thickened Cream
Cut chicken into cubes. Brown chicken in an oiled pan on medium heat.
Add cream and soup, stir.
Serve over rice, mashed potato or veggies. Voila!
You can add in different things from the cupboard or fridge/freezer to make it interesting. I’d made this by tossing some chopped bacon and mushrooms into the pan while cooking the chicken and it was delish!
